fresh cream cake

 A year since I baked a whole cake. This is the first time that I used sponge cake premix. Using 7inch cake tin. Original sponge and chocolate sponge with strawberry slices in between. Not too bad and I got a nice cake surface. The cake texture is not dry but moist and fine enough. But the creaming part still need improvement to get thicker layer of cream.  Due to time constraint, I decided to craft simple cake fondant toppers. Just a soccer ball, scarf and alphabet names.
