Tonight dinner will be fusion style. Pan-grilled pork belly and baby oyster mushroom with egg fried rice and 4 seasons mix. Marinted pork belly with some five spice powder, pepper steak seasoning from MasterFoods and some salt before pan-grilled ysing happycall pan. Sprinkled some garlic salt from MasterFoods onto happycall pan before putting the baby oyster mushroom for grilled.
