Pan-fried saba fish with aparagus and tomato egg omelette fried rice for tonight dinner. This is the first time I buy frozen saba fillet as there is promotion from ntuc. I have not tried pan-fried saba fish before as I dislike the house to stain with the strong oil smell. However, since my first tried on pan-frying fish using happycall pan, the issue is solved. No splattering of oil also.
Pan-grilled aparagus with butter, salt and black pepper.
