homecooked fish and chip

Crispy fish and chip and not too oily.

Add a pinch of salt and a dash of white pepper into  self-raising flour. Mixed them. Slowly pour and stir in cold water into the self-raising flour until a mixture of thick batter is formed. Heat up the oil till it has bubbles on the base of the pan/wok. Dip the fish cubes into the batter and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.

Remove from oil and place them on kitchen paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
